What is Millers Worm Steering Box Oil?

Millers Worm Steering Box Oil is a special mineral oil for steering boxes*.  It is far superior to standard gear oil as it contains friction modifiers, which reduce the friction between the gear and the pinion resulting in a better steering feel.  Millers Worm Steering Box Oil is used and recommended by the Rolls Royce Enthusiasts Club.

* The worm and sector steering box was one of the first steering box designs. It comprises a steering wheel shaft with a “worm” screw on the end, and a section gear that is moved up and down as the steering wheel turns.
